About Julian

Real estate was part of my life long before it became my career. My mother, Aylin Coleri, Ph.D., built her career with Keller Williams in Manhattan, working with luxury penthouses and high-end properties. Watching her work taught me that a strong agent does more than know the market: they listen closely, negotiate thoughtfully, and earn their clients’ trust. Those lessons shape how I work today.

I’m Julian Cousineau, the agent behind Cousineau Closes at Dalton Wade. I help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southwest Florida, with a focus on Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and the surrounding communities. From a first home to a waterfront property or a golf-course community, my goal is to help you understand your options and make a decision that fits your life.

Alongside real estate, I serve as a first responder with Collier County EMS. That work has taught me to stay calm when the stakes are high, pay attention to the details, and communicate clearly when people need answers. I bring that same care to real estate: anticipating questions, working through problems, and keeping you informed from our first conversation through closing.
